TRANSPARENT ICONS IOS 14 & 15
The transparent icons are transparent, but Apple automatically creates a background icon. Nevertheless, there is a possibility to create the transparent look. This is explained step by step in the instructions. There are also linked YouTube videos showing what to do.

TRANSPARENT ICONS IOS 16 & 17
Apple allows the use of transparent icons on iOS 16 & 17 only with a third-party app. This is the only way icons can be used transparently with iOS 16 & 17. To install the transparent icons on IOS 16 & 17, almost all users use the app "Transparent App Icons" from the Apple Store. A video guide is included in the downloaded zip files.

IMPORTANT
A small tip for the automation step, you do not need to make a new one for every app. You can click multiple apps for one automation, it'll end up saying "When any of (x number) apps are opened"

WIDGY WIDGETS
To use the Widgy Widgets, you first have to download the Widgy App from the Apple Store (the app is free). The time, date, battery indicator or the weather is displayed in the Widgy widgets and in different versions and in a matching TRIADA design style.

Many widgets have several hidden graphics, depending on the style, these can be swapped out with 1-2 clicks. You can change the shapes, colors and positions of the texts and symbols (weather, time, etc.) at any time according to your taste.

Unfortunately, the Widgy widgets are not available for Android.
There is no Widgy Widget app for Android.

ANDROID
To install the icons on Android devices most users use "X Icon changer" or "Shortcut maker".
